Family owned and operated. I have been fishing for over 40 years, love passing on my knowledge and seeing people catch fish. Here at Top Gear, there are no bad attitudes, only laughs, and helpful service, whether you are an old hand or a complete newcomer, we are here to help you catch fish. We use top of the line gear, bait, and tackle, we take the fish off your hooks, clean, chill and bag your fish, yes you keep what you catch. Between myself and my crew, we have a vast amount of experience in all sorts of fishing and are more than happy to pass it on, we are also the only Fishing Vessel capable of taking wheelchairs. The vessel is a purpose built 12mt fishing vessel with a large rear deck for uncluttered fishing, we also have undercover permanent seating, and carpeted decks for safe comfortable fishing. Children and older people more than welcome and specially catered for.

The Vessel is a West Australian crayfishing boat, built for the open oceans of W.A, very stable and sea kindly, we use Shimano and Penn gear for reliable top line dependability, the deck is purpose designed and built for ease of fishing keeping things nice and simple, the bait is good enough to eat. We also have top-line game fishing gear for those seasonal Pelagics. The fish we catch are Snapper, Pearl Perch, Terraglin Jewfish, Maori Cod, Flathead, Trevally, Mackerel, Tuna, Marlin, and lots more in season.

Our most popular trip is the 5-hour early morning trip, get out there nice and early for that first bite, we then have a 5-hour afternoon trip, a 7 hour or 9-hour private and mixed trips. We can cater for any variations, party or Corporate trip. We also provide Gift Certificates.

Inclusions: We take your fish off the hook, clean, bag, and chill them, yes you get to keep them, Bottled Coldwater and Soda, basic snacks, bad jokes, and laughter. If you are a newcomer, we will happily help teach you.
