Mills Charters is a Perth based charter company with over 29 years of experience. We specialise in a range of charters from fishing, whale watching, corporate and private and have a portfolio of knowledge and experience to back this up. Our fishing charters offer you a day trip out from Hillarys or a live aboard experience to the Abrolhos Islands all for a one off cost which provides everything from your gear, bait and tackle to food and drinks. The humpback whales visit us after breeding in our Spring months and we provide both morning tours daily to witness these magnificent creatures with an additional afternoon tour on weekends. We also offer a range of bespoke charters suited to the individual need and have hosted a range of Christmas parties, work events, birthdays, weddings, charity events, river, Rotto and Australia Day cruises.

Trips

Deep Sea Day Fishing - Mills Charters have been fishing Perth and the Western Australian coast for many years and have the highest catch rates in Perth. Our crew is carefully selected to provide a great day out for our valued customers.

Maximum Seats: 28 Departure Time: 6:30am Hours Duration: 8
Target Locations: Traveling out about 30- 40 kms so you are deep sea fishing in depths from 60 – 110m.
Target Species: We target Dhufish, Pink Snapper, Red Snapper, Queen Snapper, Baldchin Groper, Breaksea Cod, Mulloway to name just a few.
Departure Point: Hillarys, WA 6923
Inclusions: Breakfast: Bacon and egg muffin. One per person. Lunch: Bread roll or sandwich bread, one per person, with fillings to help yourself to – ham, salami, cheese, tomato, lettuce, cucumber, red onion, mayonnaise and salt/pepper. Fishing gear, bait and tackle. You can bring your own rod/reel if you prefer. Iced drinking water, snacks and soft drinks, 2 per person.

Abrolhos Islands Live Aboard Charters - We stay overnight in some of the most glorious secluded areas you could only imagine. Aussie Warrior can sleep up to 12 passengers comfortably in bunk-style air conditioned accommodation. When you consider a fishing holiday at the Abrolhos Islands, make sure you consider the quality of Vessel, Crew and facilities. On a Mills Charter at the Islands, our Crew work hard to keep you on the fish and give you the holiday and experience you are paying for. We always send our vessel out with at least two experienced Deckhands and a Professional Skipper who knows the area. Our Skipper and Deckhand have been operating our Abrolhos Islands Trips for the past 5 years and most of our bookings are repeat business or referrals! Our vessel standards and facilities are second to none. We fillet all your fish, cryvac into sealed, labeled bags ready for freezing, cook and serve you meals and picky platters each day, keep the vessel clean and equipped all day. There is expert tuition and advice on anything to do with fishing as well as knowledge and informative DVD's to view on the history of the Abrolhos Islands. We offer the full package!

Target Species: Bottom fish for the nicer eating fish – Dhu Fish, Snapper, Baldchin Groper, Spangled Emperor and Coral and Coronation Trout or troll for Mackerel.
Departure Point: Geraldton WA
Inclusions: Included: Expert Crew (Skipper and 2 Deckhands), Fishing equipment, bait and ice. Full Catering from Breakfast through to Dinner. Soft drinks, tea and coffee all day. Fish cleaned, tagged, cry vac bagged, and frozen in chest freezer. Photos of your fishing experience with Mills. What to Bring: Clothing and toiletries (limit one soft bag per person) Sleeping bag/blanket, sheet, pillow & pillowcase Towel/s, sunscreen. BYO Alcohol – we can arrange an order in Geraldton for you and have it delivered to the boat ready for departure. If you are bringing bottled spirits, you will also need to provide ample soft drinks as we supply soft drinks for refreshments only during the trip.
