*** This Fishing Charter is no longer operating *** Mal Starkey Fishing Charters operates two boats on the fishing grounds offshore from North Stradbroke Island. Mal and team have been running quality fishing charters since 1997, so have excellent fishing knowledge around the area. Half and full day trips are available to groups of 8 to 12 anglers from December to August. All trips are all inclusive lunch, refreshments, bait and tackle - including quality overhead reels.

The "M.V. Khiton" fishing boat is the ideal fishing platform for that fishing day out - she accommodates up to 8 anglers and launches from the northern beaches of North Stradbroke Island.

Fishing trips run seasonally December through to August. The ambiance at dawn and dusk is worth experiencing. The biggest advantage for Point Lookout departures is that the fishing grounds are only 5 minutes away from where the boat is launched and retrieved. Half day and full day fishing trips are available and can be customised to suit weather conditions and clients wishes.
